This policy explains what personal data is collected on samlands.fr, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected
Only when you use the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), project details and the content of your message. No sensitive data is requested.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where relevant, follow up on the service. Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended solely for Samuel Bauchet-Faucouneau. It is never sold or shared. It passes through the following technical providers:
- Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), United States: transfers covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which Webflow participates;
- Google (Gmail, used to reply to you): transfers covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR;
- Google Fonts (font display), which receives your browser’s IP address when pages load.
Retention
Requests that don’t lead to a project are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. If a service is carried out, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the periods required by law (notably 10 years for accounting records).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email samlandsproduction@gmail.com: you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackers
This site currently uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. The only items stored on your device are:
- your cookie choice, kept for 6 months in your browser’s local storage (key “sl-consent”);
- any technical cookies from the host that are strictly necessary for the site to work securely.
If an audience measurement tool is added, it will only be activated with your consent. Videos are offered as links to YouTube: no YouTube cookies are set until you click. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only and the form is protected against automated submissions.
